Today I am hanging out watching a bit of Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra in Anchors Aweigh. Gene Kelly and his dimples are so darn beguiling, I can't help giggling.

After nearly a year of Song of the Day posts on Facebook I am starting a music blog. For those days when just a few characters isn't enough to fill my musical thoughts.This is meant as a journal for teaching my kids about the importance of music and music history.
