As you may have caught on, I have a tendency to listen to ska on Saturdays. It help motivate me. Saturdays are usually the busiest day of the week, so I need all the extra pep I can get.
This week a friend of mine asked me for some ska recommendations. I missed this one. Regatta 69
came out of Chapel Hill, NC in the mid-90s and landed a deal with major ska label Moon Ska. This 5 piece wasn't big like The Mighty Mighty Bosstones or even as big as the lesser know Skankin' Pickle, but I bet you'll agree they are just as good.
